However stopping the run is the only struggle we'll have on defense as our secondary is strong as you saw in the NFC Championship not to mention Big Ben isn't the Golden Boy QB like Manning or Brady. Cowher's game plan has always been score in the first half and run out the second. If Holmgren can force vital turnovers and get great field position for the lead in the first half, Cowher's plan will have backfired and their game plan will break down. The only problem on offense is containing Joey Porter and the rest of the 3-4 with our O-line. They are up to the job, hopefully they have watched film to see how the Steeler's tricky blitzes work.

dont tell to tell me about football dude some 49ers fan you are boosting about the seahawks who suck and all i didnt quit fully on my eagles but this year i had to let them go till next year they messed up bad the seahawks are not what you think they are and you dont know a thing about the steelers in denver he didnt just run out the clock the steelers forced more turnovers and then scored more td's so much for your idea there before posting again remind yourself you need to study more before saying anything to me.

Then again they went 15-1 last year, just because they are 6th seed doesn't make them any less than the Steelers they have been last year

I actually managed to read what you said this time, and what's wrong with being a 49er's fan? And I was talking about Cowher's plan, not necessarily what happened in Denver. Heck I didn't talk about Denver at all in my post.

Before you tell me that I don't know Seattle's strengths and weaknesses I suggest you take some basic english classes to learn how to seperate with commas and periods and maybe even capitalization. And is Seahawks suck so bad why did they kick Carolina's butt who were Super Bowl contenders 2 years ago and a team who beat one of the highest rated defenses at home (Bears). Also I'm guessing you'll have another team to your hate list after this Super Bowl considering the Bucs and Pats are Bowl winners.
You have great logic and grammar dude, keep up the work.

Not crazy at all
even with the 14-0 lead in the first half, Colts still got pretty close (except for Polamalu's interception) Considering this is Seattle's first Superbowl, morale should be a lot higher than the Colt's and Bronco's

T.O. should just go to the Texans, he could learn a thing or two about humility as well as make Houston a better place of interest.

I said the steelers would win
I said the seahawks could not handle all the blizing of the steelers
I said that the seahawks had not faced a D quite like them
in the end the steelers win super bowl XL
Ben may not have been at his best but now that he has a super bowl under his belt he will only get better
they are the first 6th seed to beat the 3rd,2nd and 1st AFC seeds on the road
they are the first sixth seed to win the super or even make it there
Ben has become the youngest QB to win a super bowl at age 23
the steelers join the dallas cowboys and 49ers as the only three teams to win five super bowls
now thats a dynasty. five super bowls
Grats to cower, ben, bettis, and every steeler fan and all the owners and players
you all gave me a super bowl i can enjoy after three years of streesful endings
STEELERS YOU WHERE GREAT.

Wow lol...you got 1/3 right.
Hasselbeck had only 2 sacks, he seemed to handle the Pitt pressure well...
The Seahawks put up a greater fight than most would think..from the first half it looked like they would win...
Most of the game during Seattle's possession came on Seattle's part, offensive interference...holding...false starts and what not
3 Big plays set up the touchdown for the Steelers...On Offense
Great game by the steelers, but they didn't look like they did in their playoff run.
It's funny how you boast on your "correctness" maybe you should just say good game...
3 Sacks actually, only one seemed to break the drive which was the last one I think.

It went down to the last plays in the 4th, which makes for a good SB finish. The Seahawks could've been closer if Josh Brown hadn't missed those 2 field goals. Still a great game, "The Bus" will go out on top, and Pittsburgh gets one for the thumb with Cowher at the helm.
EDIT: Speaking of SB, the best SB commercials, to me, was Full Throttle with men chasing the truck, the Bud Light commercial with the man falling through the rooftop and getting hit up the head with the falling toolbox, and the return of the GoDaddy.com girl from SB 39.

Speaking of which, the Bus didn't start his route till the last drive of the Steelers...to run the clock down lol...Parker ftw.

took the words out of my mouth, also heres why seahawks lost.
1. D jacksons touchdown that got nullified by the penalty should of been a touchdown, even the ESPN sports announcers said it was barely a push.
2. D jacksons out-of-bounds catch was actually a touchdown, because if you knock over the pylon BEFORE you go out of bounds is a touchdown, which he did.
3. the holding penalty against the seahawks (i forget who) when joe jeravicious got to the 1 yard line that pushed them back 10 yards wasnt a hold, john madden said "i didnt even see a hold there" also James farrior(was blitzing) was offsides on that play
4. When shaun alexander could of gotten a big run on 2-23, (he only got 5) joey porter pulled a horse collar, which wasnt called.
5. Matt Hasslebeck's tackle was clean, when your a qb you can tackle anywhere, just not the blocker which he didnt.
AND WAY MORE not-so-big bad calls.

Yeah, that one should've been ruled 'Down at the Goaline'. Then again, they would probably score anyway on the next play with Ben or with "The Bus".
